Browning Superposed Superlight Midas grade 20 bore gun with 26 3/8” barrels. The gun is choked skeet in both barrels. Length of pull of 14 5/16” to a Browning hard plastic butt plate.
Straight hand English grip, single selective mechanical trigger, non-auto safety, rounded action, ejectors, cross-filed vent rib, large white front bead, gold trigger, gold inlaid “S”, “U”, and “O” by the safety catch/barrel selector, Midas grade checkering, and a Schnabel forend. Housed in a Browning case with keys and snap caps. Belgian proofed 1972 gun with 2 ¾” chambers.
Engraved and double signed by L. Acampo with Browning’s Midas grade engraving. Gold inlaid game birds in low relief with medium acanthus scroll also in low relief. Both the action and furniture are blued. Exhibition grade walnut stock. The gun is in as new condition and appears unfired. Two scratches on the right side of the stock are the only blemishes noted. Top lever right of center, the gun is on face, and the ejectors are in time.
