Gun Sales Manager:


  • Passion for hunting / shooting is required
  • Previous firearm industry experience required
  • Previous management experience preferred
  • Previous experience with CounterPoint is preferred

Job Description:

    • Manage daily gun sales operations / employees
    • Assist in buying firearms and ammo for retail
    • Monitor inventory / stock
    • Monitor / track industry trends / demands
    • Maintain excellence in customer service
    • Establish / develop ongoing relationships with clientele



Creative / Digital Marketing Director:


  • Passion for hunting / shooting / fly fishing is preferred
  • Previous marketing / creative experience or education preferred
  • Proficiency with photography / film preferred
  • Graphic design skills preferred
  • Knowledge of Adobe Suite required
  • Knowledge of various social media outlets required (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc
Job Description:
    • Create, manage and maintain social media calendar
    • Produce media content for website / social channels
    • Assist in maintaining website content (BigCommerce training will be provided)
    • Produce and/or obtain design work for semiannual branding executions (shirts, hats, stickers, etc)


Gunsmithing Administrator:


  • Passion for hunting / shooting /  is preferred
  • Previous administrative experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required
  • A strong ability to communicate effectively with clientele face-to-face, via email, and over the telephone
  • A strong ability to conduct all administration tasks associated with the Gunsmithing office, in an orderly, logical and time sensitive manner
Job Description:
    • Initial greeting and assessment of Gunsmithing clients’ work requirements
    • Generate, update and manage client, firearm and work-order information on counter point, work-order forms and the ATF logbook
    • Field client inquiries via telephone and email regarding firearm issues, work-flow and work completion timelines
    • Scan, file and organize Gunsmithing invoices for end of month reconciliations
    • Organize, clean and keep the front office in a presentable manner fitting of clientele
    • Reconcile and manage cash balances.
