Job Description:
We are seeking a detail oriented, proactive and versatile individual to work both on our online e-commerce platform and physical store inventory logistics. This critical role ensures a seamless flow of products from our stocked inventory to the customer's doorstep and maintains a high quality online shopping experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast paced environment and possesses excellent organizational and technical skills.
Key Repsonsibilities:
- Shipping and Receiving
- Manage all incoming and outoging shipments of inventory and supplies
- Unload trucks and deliveries
- Manage inventory within backstock and showroom floors for efficient storage and order picking, conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits
- Website Management
- Manage ecommerce operations, including updating product listings, descrips, images and pricing
- Monitor website functionality, performance and user expereince.
- Troubleshoot issues with IT and web dev teams
- Manage online customer service inquiries related to orders, shipping and returns with a focus on high level customer satisfaction.

Skillset:

Job Description:
- Unpacking / tagging items and getting them out on the sales floor
- Merchandising product on sales floor in a visually appealing manner
- Restocking sales floor at the beginning of each day / throughout the day
- Straightening / folding / hanging clothing and product
- Unload product shipments
- Customer interaction / answering phone calls

Job Description:
- Firearm repair - diagnosing, servicing, modifying and making custom parts for various firearms
- Stock work - oil finishing, checkering, bedding, and recoil pad installation
- Administration - keeping detailed and up-to-date work and inventory logs, invoices and work receipts, and FFL compliance procedures.
Negotiated salary is based on experience. Benefits include health, dental, and life insurance, plus a designated retirement savings plan.
Must be able to travel domestically and internationally on occasion to manufacturer facilities.
