The Patagonia fishing season is open from November 1 through May 1. But with a private spring creek, fishing takes place 12 months a year at Tipiliuke. Spring through early fall is the best time.

American anglers arrive into Buenos Aires Ezeisa International Airport where they will be met by ground staff and escorted to the regional airport roughly 45 minutes across town. From the regional airport, Aeroparque, fishermen will fly about two hours south to the ski resort of San Martin De Los Andes. When clients land in San Martin, they are landing on Estancia Tipiliuke, which donated the land for the airport. It is roughly a seven-minute drive to the lodge. Anglers can depart the US from several gateway cities, including Atlanta, Dallas, Miami, Houston and New York for a direct flight to Buenos Aires.
