Gordy & Sons will ship to a third party FFL dealer where you can pick up your firearm. A list of FFL dealers near you is available at checkout. Gordy & Sons does not ship to states if prohibited by law.

All orders will be charged by weight and shipping speed. Please input your ship to address at checkout to calculate your shipping rates. For international orders, please contact our store for shipping availability.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you have an account with the Gordy & Sons website, you may also log in to see the status of your order and track your package.

Our return policy is 30 days from the date received and must include a copy of your receipt or packing slip. For items purchased on the website using an account, you can fill out our RMA form. Otherwise, please contact us at +1 (713) 333-3474 or bring your merchandise to our store for a return.
There are no returns on new firearms or our Heritage firearms. For other guns, they must be returned to your local FFL dealer. There is a three-day inspection period that starts the day the gun is delivered to the FFL that is receiving the firearm on your behalf. We do not accept returns or exchanges on discontinued or discounted merchandise.
As soon as the returned merchandise is received, we will immediately begin the exchange process and you will have your shipment back out to you within three business days.
