Brand new Grulla Consort with traditional square action with traditional bone/charcoal color case hardening that elegantly complements the partial-coverage scroll engraving with deliberate use of negative space. Demiblock barrels are light and lively, choked M/IC (fixed), with swamped game rib and brass front bead. Locks are 7-pin in the Holland & Holland pattern with interceptor sears and cocking indicators. Beneath the forearm is an H&H style self-opening mechanism which automatically counters the force needed to recock the locks upon opening the gun. Stock is of gorgeously-figured Turkish walnut with semigloss oil finish over a blank oval and checkered butt.
