Grifnee engraved heritage Holland & Holland “Sporting” model over and under 20 bore assisted opening ejector game gun with 28” barrels. Choked improved cylinder and modified. 14 ¾” length of pull over a leather covered pad.

Straight English stock, single-selective trigger, sideplated trigger plate action with a detachable trigger grouping, non-auto safety, file-cut solid rib with a single brass bead, Anson pushbutton forearm release, gold inlaid maker’s name on underside and serial number on the trigger guard, gold inlaid “S”, “OVER”, and “UNDER” with the safety catch, vacant gold oval. The gun was proofed in London in 1997 with 3" chambers.

Engraved and signed by master engraver Philippe Grifnee. Arabesque black leaf engraving with game scene vignettes. Exceptionally executed flushing grouse on right and left sides with an equally well executed Brittany on the underside. Silver finished action and furniture. Well figured walnut stock and checkering remain near new condition. Bluing on barrels and bores remain in excellent near new condition. Top lever right of center, on face, and ejectors in time.
