John Dunaway Photo Workshop

What: John Dunaway will be in store Thursday, September 8th, for a photo workshop on all things outdoors.

John Dunaway is a ship captain, an avid wingshooter and flyfisherman, as well as a full time husband / dad. His passion for the outdoors is evident in everything he does. He's made quite the name for himself by capturing truly stunning photos of his daily life at work, in the field and at home. John is truly a renaissance man, and his camera work speaks for itself. As hunters and fishermen, we attempt to commit as much time as we can to pursue the things we love most. Those outings are often fleeting. Because we focus on the experience that's playing out before us, we don't always concentrate on capturing the moment with thoughtful photographs. Additionally, not everyone hauls around a nice DSLR on each trip. But, we all have a pretty darn powerful camera on us 24/7. 

John will provide some excellent insight on how to get the most out of your hunting, fishing and outdoor photos with some simple, effective techniques that anyone can utilize on their camera phone. If you are interested in hauling around a dedicated camera, you can apply these techniques as well. 

With just a little practice and some forethought before clicking that red button on your camera screen, you can capture some really amazing images. John has had several shots published in print that he captured using his iPhone.
