Brand new Westley Richards Droplock double rifle chambered in .500 Nitro Express with 25" barrels and automatic ejectors. Weight is 11lbs, 8oz, with fantastic balance and pointability. The color case hardened, scrollback action bears full coverage house scroll engraving, gold "safe", and Westley Richards gold name in banner on each side. The blued floorplate features a face-on elephant cameo surrounded by house scroll matching the rest of the action. Front trigger blade is articulated. Traditional gold serial number contrasts nicely with the blued trigger guard. This is the quintessentially classic Westley Richards double rifle configuration!

Mounted to the scroll-engraved quarter rib are one standing (gold pyramid) and two folding leaf express rear sights regulated at 50/100/150 yards. The stock is made of exhibition quality European walnut with gold oval, color cased trap grip cap, English style cheekpiece, and London oil finish over a traditional Silvers red recoil pad. The splinter forearm features the Deeley & Edge patent latch and a horn tip with a beautifully long widow's peak.

Comes complete in traditional oak and leather case with canvas cover, tools, and accessories. Also included is a pelican-style shipping case.
