Pleated Technical Trousers

The classic Purdey shooting trouser has been updated in newly developed technical tweed. The fabric is significantly lighter than traditionally woven tweed and results in a more comfortable garment. Through a combination of yarn twist and the introduction of a very small amount of nylon, it is highly resilient against high levels of abrasion and friction. The tweed has a Teflon® coating which causes water to bead and roll off. The design features a traditional forward pleat and buttoned back pockets, and the hems come unfinished so that the trousers can be tailored to a personal length. 95% wool, 5% nylon, woven in Scotland.
